Delivery & Returns
We will try to get your order shipped to you in 3 to 5 days. If there is a problem we will notify you.
We put a large range on our Website to give you the most choice, inevitably there are items we do not hold in stock so there may be delay in our obtaining it for you, but rest assured we will get it for you as quickly as we can.
If you are lucky enough to live in Middlewich stocks permitting we may be able to deliver to you the same day! This applies to
deliveries in Middlewich only.
When we state working days this refers to delivery Monday to Friday inclusive and does not include Saturday and Sunday so please bear this in mind when ordering.
We regret that we can only deliver within mainland UK.
Out of stock back orders
We will notify you of any item out of stock and advise when delivery will be possible. If you do not want to wait then we will refund your money if you have already paid.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20.0%
Payment – At the moment we only accept payment by Paypal.
If you wish to cancel your order
Please inform us by email at phil@middlewichdiy.co.uk within 7 days and a refund will be arranged for any payment already received.
Returns
If goods have already been despatched and you change your mind then you can send the goods back to us for a refund. The cost of the postage back to us must be paid for by you.
We will only issue a refund after we have received the goods and they have been found to be unused and in there original unbroken packaging.
In the case of faulty goods we will replace the item, refunding your return postage or refund the value of the item should you not want a replacement. We will discuss your requirements either by email or phone.
